That, such as could be increase after the exception of the factor of seasonality, can be judged from the production of the construction materials: bricks are produced 2,7 billion pieces (to 21,8% more than in January - March 2006), cement - 11 mln t (increase to 37%), ferroconcrete constructions - 6,2 million cubometers (24,1%). In 2006 in Moscow and region is built almost 2,5 times more dwelling, than in 1990. Builders, interrogated 7, doubt, that the successes in the building had time to affect the accepted in the connection by the realization of presidential [natsproekta] corrections into the legislation: many of them either yet did not enter the force or only they begin to be realized. However, the deputy director of company “new area” Eugene Fetisov a certain connection sees: “There is the opinion that many regions specially detained the delivery of houses in the fourth quarter of 2006 in order to transfer them to the beginning 2007- GO and to obtain the possibility to report about a sharp increase in the home construction activity and realization of [natsproekta] “accessible dwelling””. However, in this case to speak about the beginning of boom in the construction branch it would be necessary already in 2006 - according to the data Of [rosstata], increase in it composed 15,2%.
