Sleek CA23 Development Sets Architectural Standards in West Loop
CHICAGO—Condo shoppers who enjoy exceptional contemporary-style architecture should tour the model for CA23, an innovative $35-million condominium development underway in the heart of the West Loop.
CA23’s twin 5-story buildings will boast an innovative and contemporary design by FitzGerald & Associates. The 48-unit development is being creatively built, tucked on a 36,000-square-foot through-lot between Carpenter and Aberdeen streets.
The structures boast a contemporary blend of materials such as limestone, steel and glass and will be connected by a massive landscaped courtyard that serves a sanctuary from the urban setting, according to developer Geoffrey Ruttenberg, president and CEO of The Brixton Group, Ltd.
